Unions Decry Brandon Johnson Tax Plan That Will Kill Jobs and Run Businesses out of Chicago
Leaders from more than 20 of Chicago's top labor organizations will rally members for Paul Vallas on Monday in support of the Vallas public safety plan, as well as his proposed economic initiatives that will promote job creation and infrastructure investments.
Labor leaders will also condemn Brandon Johnson's extreme plan to raise taxes by more than $800 million, which would devastate Chicago's economy at the worst possible time.
